Ordering
Once your payment is authorized, you'll receive a confirmation email from Lovely Day Coffee. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, and delivery typically takes 3-10 business days. Orders received after 2 pm EST will be processed the following day, excluding weekends and holidays. Weekend delivery is not available at this time.
Please ensure accurate billing and shipping addresses, as rerouting packages is not possible.
Accepted Payment Methods: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Amex, Paypal Express Checkout, ApplePay, GooglePay, ShopPay
Cancellations are not possible once processed for shipment.
Shipping
All orders are shipped on business days (Monday to Friday), excluding holidays. Weekend delivery is not available at this time. For U.S. orders, we use USPS and UPS.
Domestic orders require a verified U.S. billing address, and we cannot ship to PO Boxes, military addresses, or freight forwarder addresses.

Lovely Day Coffee is not responsible for shipping delays due to uncontrollable events.
Returns
If you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we want to make it right. At this time, we do not offer refunds for coffee purchases. If an order is incorrect please contact us hello@lovelydaycoffee.com for further assistance.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and drop us a note right away if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
